Rosemary Bourne, M.A., Dipl. Acu., is founder and director of the Institute for Esogetic Colorpuncture, USA. She has a degree in Chinese Medicine from Sydney Australia (1983) and did post-graduate work at the Zheijiang Medical Research Institute in Huang Zhou, China. In 1989 she began studying the work of Peter Mandel, a German Naturopath and Acupuncturist who developed the system of acu-light therapy called Esogetic Colorpuncture.
