Twin Cities Pagan Pride will be hosting the ninth annual Paganicon Midwest Conference, March 18-20, 2022, at the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West, 3131 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN

Paganicon 2022MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Paganicon is a Pagan conference with workshops, panels, discussions, social space, live music, a ball, vendors and more. In its ninth year, Paganicon is organized by Twin Cities Pagan Pride and a host of volunteers to provide an educational and social venue for Pagans, Wiccans, Heathens, Druids, and other folk, craft, indigenous or magickal traditions.

Lilith Dorsey Paganicon 2022Lilith Dorsey, M.A. hails from many magickal traditions, including Celtic, Afro-Caribbean and Native American spirituality. Her traditional education focused on Plant Science, Anthropology, and Film at the University of R.I, New York University and the University of London. Her magickal training includes numerous initiations in Santeria, Haitian Vodoun, and New Orleans Voodoo. Lilith Dorsey is a Voodoo Priestess and in that capacity has been doing successful magick since 1991 for patrons, She is editor/publisher of Oshun-African Magickal Quarterly, filmmaker of the experimental documentary Bodies of Water: Voodoo Identity and Tranceformation, author of Voodoo and Afro-Caribbean Paganism and The African-American Ritual Cookbook, and choreographer for jazz legend Dr. John’s “Night Tripper” Voodoo Show. lilithdorsey.com

Laura Tempest Zakroff Paganicon 2022Laura Tempest Zakroff is a professional artist, author, dancer, and designer. She holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and her artwork has received awards and honors worldwide. Her work embodies myth and the esoteric through her drawings and paintings, jewelry, talismans, and other designs. Laura is the author of Weave the Liminal: Living Modern Traditional Witchcraft, Sigil Witchery: A Witch’s Guide to Crafting Magick Symbols, The Witch’s Cauldron: The Craft, Lore & Magick of Ritual Vessels, the co-author of The Witch’s Altar, and the editor of The New Aradia: A Witch’s Handbook to Magical Resistance. Jason Mankey Paganicon 2022Jason Mankey is a third degree Gardnerian High Priest and helps run two Witchcraft covens in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Ari. Jason is a popular speaker at Pagan and Witchcraft events across North American and Great Britain. He has been recognized by his peers as an authority on the Horned God, Wiccan history, and occult influences in rock and roll and heavy metal music. He writes online at “Raise the Horns,” and can be found on the “Witch with Books” podcast. His latest book, The Witch’s Book of Spellcraft was released in March 2022.   • Songstress Wendy Rule, world renowned for combining elements of gothic, folk, world, ambient and cabaret music, and crossing over into Pagan and New Age categories with her many mythological, esoteric, and ritual references will be the Friday Night Concert entertainment along with Norse cultural educator, folk musician, spiritual leader, and healer Kari Tauring. Minnesota Blues Society Hall of Famer and Minnesota radio and television veteran Lady J Griot with her Root Doctors will open the entertainment for the Equinox Masquerade Costume Ball. She will be followed Open Investigation, who take original 60’s to 70’s style Classic Rock and Blues music to the next level with a fusion of with Folk-Rock harmonies, gutsy vocals, and a psychedelic backbone.
  • 2022 Art Show – The Third Offering: A Sacred Gallery Space. Artists from all over the U.S. will be displaying all types of visual media. The Art Gallery is free and open to the public.
