"With 16.5 million Americans practicing some form of yoga, there are a lot of opinions about what yoga is or should be," writes Kaitlin Quistgaard, editor of Yoga Journal. "How fortunate, then, that yoga meets us where we are." The keynote speaker is Dr. Zeal Okogeri, whose mission is to open hearts, heal, and inspire people into action through his uplifting message on practical wisdom.

The festival is free and open to the public, including yoga lovers in the Twin Cities area and anyone who has been curious about yoga. Yoga teachers, students, practitioners, beginners, mediators and center owners will be in attendance.
