Meditation. Is it calling you, but you can’t figure out how to do it “right?” Do have a hard time sorting through all the options? If you’re mystified by what this “meditation thing” is all about and you want to learn more, set aside a Saturday morning for the workshop, “Meditation for You: What…Why…How,” presented by Lynne Olson.
