Potluck and holiday services
Saint Francis Liberal Catholic Church, 3201 Pleasant Ave. S., Minneapolis, will hold a vegetarian potluck on Sunday, Dec. 19, after the 10 a.m. Holy Eucharist service, followed by the congregation’s annual Christmas Caroling in the church parlors. On Christmas Day, Saturday, Dec. 25, the church will celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 10 a.m. as well as on Sunday, Dec. 26, and Sunday, Jan. 2. Holy Communion is offered to everyone with no restrictions of any kind.
A Candelit Evening of Yuletide Celebration
Rev. Theresa Rose will lead a sacred, family-friendly service celebrating the Christmas season from 6-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, 4401 Upton Ave. S., Minneapolis. Mick Sterling will be the musical guest and will lead participants in several sing-along carols.
Christmas Eve Candle Light Service
An inspiring Christmas Eve service will take place at 6 p.m. at Key to Life Center, 14800 34th Ave., Plymouth, featuring musical performances by Debbie Duncan, Key’s Musical Director, and multiple guest performers.  An empowering Christmas message honoring “The Christ” will be delivered by minister Lenni Garin.
