A Gluten-free, Dairy-free Whole Food Recipe
Cranberry season is a favorite of mine, because I get excited to make this dish. It is bursting with flavor and full of antioxidants.
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cored apple
1 peeled orange
1 cup pitted dates
*Use enough filtered water to create the consistency you desire.
If you have a good quality blender, you can put all of the ingredients in at the same time. Blend until chunky, not smooth.
