I was dead tired. Just eight hours earlier, I was stalled with other interstate motorists north of Des Moines, stuck in a blizzard. Love will blind you to such trivialities as checking the weather forecast before embarking on a seven-hour drive.
How I became part of this publication is just one of thousands of stories connected with The Edge’s legacy. I invite you to share yours.
As part of the Edge’s 20th Anniversary celebration in 2012, I have created an online Guest Book to allow you to easily share your Edge story, or comment. Please go to our Guest Book and add your voice to the Edge’s legacy. This fall, I will share the comments with all of you. Visit our Edge 20 page to explore The Edge’s history and re-discover past articles and interviews that remain poignant now.
