Edge Networking Event celebrates holistic diversity in Cities

1

The Edge invites you to join us on the 12th of each month as we explore the various, diverse aspects in the Twin Cities community. Each month we will feature a different business and highlight parts of our community to help you explore and network through consciously-based wholeness. Professionals, as well as Individuals (seekers), are welcome to participate.

On Saturday, May 12, we will meet from 1-3 p.m. at Amanae FOB Retreat Center, 2324 37th St. E., Minneapolis. Pat Burdy will talk about the benefits of having a retreat center in a local community, and how it can help a local community be more at peace and how it plays a part in the overall health of a community. Each individual/professional will also receive about two minutes to share about themselves and/or their business before the mini-workshop presented by the featured speakers. Participants will have time to mingle afterward.

The Edge’s Networking Event is free to attend and open to the public. Our goal through the networking group is to help build a stronger community through meeting each other face to face in a safe, social setting while also giving you an opportunity to learn more about your community.

Why did we pick the 12th of each month? Well, one, it’s 2012… and second (and more importantly), 1+2 = 3. In numerology, 3 is all about merging and coming together. Three is the epitome of goodness, pure love, creativity and self-expression. Jupiter is also the “lord” of the number 3, and is often called the “Guru” or Spiritual Master.

  1. This is a fantastic event to attend! I was able to make it to the first one at Spark Clinic and thought it was very good for the first event. I didn’t make it to last months, though SchaOn said it was really good! Can’t wait to get to the one this month!
