DISCLOSURE
Steven M. Greer, M.D., founder of The Disclosure Project, The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) and The Orion Project, helped provide the panel an overview on the history and background of extraterrestrial disclosure, as well as on the implications of disclosure on technology.
Father of the Disclosure movement, Dr. Greer presided over the groundbreaking National Press Club Disclosure Event on May 9, 2001, when 20 military, government, intelligence and corporate witnesses presented compelling testimony regarding the existence of extraterrestrial life forms visiting the planet, and the reverse engineering of the energy and propulsion systems of these craft. More than one billion people heard of the press conference through the original webcast and on subsequent media coverage on BBC, CNN, CNN Worldwide, Voice of America, Pravda, Chinese media, and media outlets throughout Latin America. The webcast had 250,000 people waiting online — the largest webcast in the history of the National Press Club at that time.
On Monday, April 29, Dr. Greer presented the first of several evening lectures following the first day of testimony of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.
“Over the course of all this, what I really have found is that uncommon courage is needed by a lot of people to turn this ship around — not me, and not just one or two of you, but millions of people. And that’s what this whole citizen’s effort is about,” he told those in attendance.
“From 1997 to 2001, I vowed to work as hard as I could to pull together the best sources of intelligence willing to come forward — there’s the qualifier: I have over 500 top secret guys giving me information; I only have around a hundred of them on digital videotape. The others are afraid for their lives.
“…The other thing I vowed was to do everything within my power to establish a peaceful citizens diplomatic initiative. We call this the CE5 Initiative — Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind — where we train people to go out using very advanced and controversial ideas in consciousness and technology, interfacing together, to make contact with these civilizations.”
Dr. Greer said the genesis of the disclosure movement arose from such an experiment with spiritual chanting, meditation and altered states of consciousness, lights and electronic tones sent up into space. Forty to fifty people participated in the experiment on a beach in Florida. Four craft appeared overhead. A colonel in the United States Air Force was on hand. Dr. Greer, who said he made contact with ETs using a similar approach when he was 18 years old, said the more recent experiment in Florida made the front page of the Pensecola paper.
At a conference not long afterward, Dr. Greer was pulled into a meeting in a hotel room by a former head of Army intelligence.
“What the hell are you doing?” this former Army intelligence officer asked.
“I said, ‘We’re going to bypass the stranglehold, the classified circumstance of this, by bringing it to the people. Let the people learn to make contact.'”
“Oh my God,” the former Army officer said. “You cannot do that.”
“I said, ‘Yes, we will.’ Now we have thousands of teams all over the world doing this.”
The next big thing, Dr. Greer said, will be the release of a new technology energy device that will “enable us to get off fossil fuels and nuclear power permanently as a civilization. We have (it).”
He cited a Oct. 21, 2010 report by Steven Aftergood of the Federation of American Scientists indicating that 5,135 patents for inventions — some of which are so-called “free energy” devices — were placed under secrecy orders as a result of the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951. It allows the government to restrict publication of patent applications if agencies believe such disclosure would be “detrimental to the national security.”
The report indicated that some of the restricted patents were closely related to military applications, but others offered advanced and highly efficient ways of generating energy from the sun.
“This report should be headline news in all of the world’s media,” Dr. Greer said. “It has not been. We have to ask the question: Why? Who is collaborating with this kind of secrecy that would leave us in a condition in which the entire world is melting down with pollution and poverty and Mideast oil wars, one after another, when the solutions already exist? But they’ve been confiscated, without the knowledge of the president.”
As soon as a device that pulls zero-point energy out of the fabric of space and time is completed, it will be released to the public, with full disclosure, “for our children, our grandchildren and our great-grandchildren,” Dr. Greer struggled to say, clearly overcome with emotion.
The evening lecture preceeded a screening of a new film, Sirius, (available on-demand at Siriusdisclosure.com), a feature-length documentary that followed Dr. Greer as he struggled to disclose top secret information about classified energy and propulsion techniques.
The film also revealed scientific work underway now on the “Atacama humanoid,” a 6-inch tall skeletal body with internal chest organs — with only 10 ribs (instead of the usual 12) and an elongated ET-shaped head with four (instead of the usual six) skull bones — discovered in the Atacama desert in northern Chile. Medical researchers, who believe it was 6-8 years old at the time of death, have ruled out a hoax. It is unknown in origin, but some surmise it may be a hybrid ET-human. Further testing — including DNA samples from viable bone marrow — is ongoing by top medical experts from Stanford University and others from around the world.
Dr. Greer said other similar specimens may have been found in Chile and Puerto Rico, and a 12-inch being reportedly was kept alive in Russia by an eccentric woman, but after its death Russian intelligence workers reportedly took control of the body.
“I’m not saying it’s ET,” said Dr. Greer, a former emergency room physician. “I’m saying we don’t know.”
He told the audience that full disclosure is difficult because even the president of the United States, the CIA director, the director of Joint Staff Intelligence and the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency have been denied access to the information going through the proper channels. He outlined steps top intelligence directors have made to gain access to briefings on super-secret projects and locations, only to be denied access by corporate defense and technology contractors.
“The transformation of this mess is unlikely to come from the office of the president, or from the old media,” he said. “It’s going to come from people coming forth to tell the truth about us making contact peacefully and going into space together.
“And it’s going to be us — not Lockheed, not my uncle’s old company, Northrup Grumman, not SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation, a defense intelligence company), not these big corporate Beltway bandits; those folks are not going to bring these technologies out. If we band together as a people, we will, and we’ll create a new civilization and a world of our dreams.”
