peace-fingersMINNEAPOLIS RESIDENT Gail Heller is calling upon the public to assist in the organizing of a variety of social action programs.

“I am seeking adventurous allies who know how to play and blaze new paths,” she says. “If you are a humble, joyful, talented wiz, with a big heart and wish to inquire and/or contribute your skills, contact me.”

She and others are currently developing:

  • Peace in the Streets — A priority focus that organizers hope will become a monthly event featuring education and entertainment, fostering a mindset of peace, abundance and unity.
  • H.E.L.P. — A Franklin Avenue Circle, Help Everyone Love People, a not-for-profit community networking organization of the youth of Franklin Avenue, an open vehicle for positive, feasible social change.
  • United Action for Peace and Justice Now — Promoting several social change initiatives in Minneapolis.
  • The debut of the People Acting on Indigenous Rights Picnic — A happening in Minneapolis to honor, celebrate and sustain World Peace Day, September 21.

Those who are interested in taking part are encouraged to contact Gail Heller at [email protected] with contact information, skills and background experience. For more information on related organizations, visit www.one.org and www.change.org.
