SEPTEMBER GIVES US a chance to slow down a bit and mentally process some of the intense change we’ve all been going through this year.
Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 19)…Set boundaries around work and duties this month, because you need to allow yourself to have fun. Developing discipline (a better schedule or daily routine) will enable you to take care of the important details while leaving time for what feeds your spirit now: adventure, art, romance and exploration.
Taurus (Apr. 20-May 20)…The emphasis is on your creativity this month. Getting focused on the details of what you love is powerful medicine. But what good is all that work if no one knows about it? Jupiter in your house of communications encourages you to spread the word about what you’re doing. A small advertising campaign started now could pay off big down the line.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)…The connection between your life’s work and your family history are highlighted this month. Ask yourself: Which belief systems and behavior patterns you inherited from your parents are limiting your freedom to be who you want to be in the world? Your creativity is off the charts — use it to create more freedom for yourself.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)…This is a good month to make like the government and spy on your communications. Eavesdrop on your conversations, reread your emails, and listen to your thoughts. You are about to learn something about your mind and your thought patterns that can make you a much luckier and more expansive person.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)…You’ve got a ton of drive and at least a dash of daring with Mars in your sign all month long. You seem to be focused on money and how to make more of it, but remember that what the world really wants from you is…you. How can you become more fully yourself this month? The less you hold back, the more life can give you in return.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)…The New Moon in your sign on the 5th offers you the chance to remake yourself in alignment with your highest vision. With lucky Jupiter in your 11th House of dreams and ideals, allow yourself to see how and where you’ve played it safe rather than going for what you really want. Then dare yourself to dream a little bigger.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)…You are the epitome of cool this month. With your ruling planet Venus in your sign through the 11th and lucky Jupiter at the top of your chart, you seem to have what everyone wants. Roll with this if you’re feeling it. Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)…Use the New Moon in your career house on the 5th to check in and make sure you’re climbing the right ladder. Financial (and emotional) support is available to take the next step in your career progression. To benefit fully, you need to be honest with yourself about what you really want out of life and get yourself heading in that direction.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)…This looks like a strong month for both career and relationships. Someone wants to collaborate with you in a very helpful way, someone who can handle your personal power and intensity and hold space for you to expand and grow. Your intuition is a powerful ally, so make time each day to check in with your Higher Self.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)…You’re tired of not knowing about a relationship this month, and nothing is going to stop you from getting what you want. Or at least getting some sanity restoring clarity. Go on! You deserve to know where things stand. While you’re at it, why not explore those two parts inside you that can’t agree on relationship issues. Pisces (Feb. 19-Mar. 20)…Your focus is on one or two key relationships this month. People tend to think of you as flexible and/or wishy-washy, but you might surprise them by laying down some strong ground rules.
