Kundalini Awakening Seminar returns in February

Kundalini Awakening Systems will present a Kundalini Awakening Seminar on February 21-22 in Eagan, Minn.

Kundalini is a powerful, transforming energy located at the base of the spine. It is a natural birthright for all people. During the seminar, participants will learn how to receive and live with this gift of grace by practicing the Kundalini Awakening Systems’ protocols, “The Safeties” — activities to strengthen the physical, emotional, psychological, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual.

Chrism, the seminar leader, came into life with a fully awakened Kundalini energy and speaks from his authentic experience. Through his many years of interaction with the awakened Kundalini, he was guided to live a life of helping and teaching others that they may have a safe, supported and full expression of their own Kundalini energy.

• Screenings of the movie Kundalini — Two screenings will take place: 7:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, February 6, at Awakening Higher Brain Living, 20-1 6th St. SE, Suite 150, Minneapolis; and 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Feb. 12 at 29322 Danbury Ave., in Northfield, Minn. (call 507.663.6109 to register).
• Public lecture by Chrism — A talk will be given by Chrism from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Mississippi Market, 1500 W. 7th St., St. Paul.
• Presentation at Healthy Life Expo — Chrism will speak on “Kundalini Awakened — The Source of the Force of Health within You” from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 7-8, at Healthy Life Expo in Hall D at the Minneapolis Convention Center, 1302 2nd St., Minneapolis. Kundalini Awakening Systems will be at booth 107 both days. Admission is $6 for adults, or free with a non-perishable food item that goes to the Moms & Neighbors™ Food Drive.
