Whatever you stay focused on long enough you create in your life through experiences. It is so important to keep the mind focused on gratitude, and the emotions focused on appreciation to build high self-esteem.
The two biggest obstacles to living a happy loving life are fear and insecurity. When you focus on your fears and allow them to control your life, you create lack and unproductive experiences. This doesn’t mean you ignore, resist or act as if the fears don’t exist. Rather, you don’t allow them to control your life.
Release your fears by embracing them and changing the beliefs to more positive, loving ones. Peace occurs when you let go of the mind control and surrender all your attention from your fear-driven thinking to Universal love and things you appreciate. Doing this helps you to let go of the non-positive thought patterns, and it allows you to shift your focus to that which is more productive and positive.
When you strive toward enjoying life rather than focusing only on resolving your obstacles and fears, you end up taking better care of yourself and enjoy life more. Your attitude says, “Life is precious and I would rather enjoy life than worry about it.” By taking responsibility for your life and fully letting go of the self-defeating beliefs you face, the decisions you make are more productive. Your life is run by what brings you happiness and well-being, because you know you deserve it. You don’t give your time, attention or power to conditions and people and their drama.
Many people look outside for what they feel is missing in their lives. You won’t feel complete by doing that. It may provide temporary joy, love, prosperity and peace, but that is a condition-based way of living. When the condition is in alignment with a belief, then you feel happy, loving, peaceful and prosperous; when it is not, you feel the sadness, frustrations, discomfort and lack.
When you strengthen your inner sanctuary with confidence, love, joy and peace and connect to the true source of abundance — the Universal — then you are not missing anything. It manifests from within first and extends to the external world. It is not something to find outside of yourself to manifest from a lack-oriented place.
Enhance this inner bond by trusting your intuition, and allow it to be your guide rather than depending upon outside sources to tell you what is best for you. Stay focused and present in the moment, aware of your surroundings, embracing and experiencing them to the fullest, rather than future tripping, worrying and playing victim to your circumstances. Rather than looking at the half-empty glass or the half-full glass, you look at life as the completely filled glass. As you strengthen your emotions to a higher level of self-esteem, the choices you make will be more in alignment with love rather than self-defeating or sabotaging experiences.
Be mindful of your thoughts and choose to stay in gratitude rather than a state of complaining, judging or blaming, for that supports a solid foundation for a happier life. Your mind is conscious and clear of any thoughts of the past. The mind also is present and free of any future plans, predictions or determining outcomes in the future.
Accept and trust that all has a purpose in your daily life. Things you are able to change, you do, with more motivation and inspired action. The things you are unable to change, you surrender, releasing any resistance and instead flow with the life experience to learn and become wiser.
When we are being fully conscious in the moment and take the time to accept each other, we will be on the path to having a more peaceful world.
