Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, “How do I know I have a problem?” Your answer is usually some version of, “I don’t feel good” or “It hurts” or “I feel bad.” Since you were a tiny baby, you knew the difference between pleasure and pain (discomfort or dissatisfaction) and found a way to express it.
Whether the problem is physical pain, emotional upset, mental anxiety or even spiritual unrest, you have specific thoughts, feelings or physical symptoms that you are aware of and can describe.
It’s natural to think that when the symptoms go away, so does the problem. But, how many times have you taken a step to make the symptom go away only to have it come back again sooner or later?
Is the symptom the problem or is there an underlying cause that you are unaware of that is wanting to get your attention?
It is this question that opens the door to real and lasting change. By seeing your symptom as the messenger to an unknown cause of the distress, you can now begin the process of unraveling the symptom at the causal level.
Using a remarkable tool, often called tapping, you learn how to change your symptom from a form of suffering to happiness, or from pain to pleasure.
Since the 1960s, ancient healing practices have resurfaced in a variety of forms and modalities. Any system that is founded on gentle stimulation of the body’s natural ability to balance and heal itself is a form of energy work (Reiki, Subtle Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Yoga, to name a few). Each works to some degree or other, even miraculously.
After exploring and utilizing a variety of these methods, there is one system that I have found to be the most universally effective and easy to apply: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). The best part is, once you learn it, you can apply it for yourself anytime and in any place. Relief is literally at your fingertips.
I first learned it by “tapping” on certain places on my body while holding a particular thought or feeling in my mind. Within six weeks, relief from a lifetime of suffering from a childhood (near-death) trauma was finally resolved. Later I learned and added EFT to my coaching practice, and the results have been truly phenomenal.
You deserve to be free of suffering, and it is my mission to share whatever I can to help you achieve the health and happiness you desire.
By learning and persistently applying EFT, you can change your life and in so doing help heal the world. It’s never too late to make a difference. Are you ready to tap into a world of new possibilities today?
