I decided to pull a card for 2020 from the Gilded Tarot by Ciro Marchetti. I pulled the Devil as the overarching energy for the coming year.
The Devil card tells us that we have the power to dismantle the negative energy that has been in place over us for far too long. In 2020, we take control back into our hands. Spirit is leading us to let go of anything that doesn’t serve the higher good of humanity. The Devil card is here to tell us that we should shrug off the chains that have held us either captive or acted as anchors in our lives.
Once we realize that we have the power to make the positive changes that will bring us joy and freedom, and allow us to be ourselves, the Universe will shine a brighter light on our world.
