Authentically You

1172

The world can place a lot of demands on us every day. From waking up to sleeping, we mostly run through our chores, not our joys. And in doing so we forget we need to take our joy with us everywhere we go and in everything we do. As many demands you have, there are always more ready to come toward you. Learn how to organize your thoughts, actions and results.

Breathe deep and let your shoulders relax on exhale, do it again and again until your shoulders drop to comfort and realize life can wait for a few moments while you gain your perspective. You are better equipped to be you by being aware of what you are doing, where you are going and how you are doing it. Rushing through life is not the answer. Savor the moments, sweet and sour, and look for the lessons you are learning in life.

Need a new mindset? Step out into nature to see the living world that keeps growing with or without us. Take deep breaths of fresh air in nature so it can revive you with negative ions to refresh your mind, body and soul. This is where new ideas and creativity flow, where you can be yourself with no demands on your time. This is where you are authentically you — the you God intended you to be. Step into yourself and center yourself in the world.

There is no need to be anything, anywhere or anyone but you. Step forward into your own power, and let wisdom guide you to navigate your life in the direction to be authentically you. You will be glad when you realize your inner self is filled with the joy of being you.
