Patience Springs From Spring

1074

Nothing here happens on my time
It all arrives on nature’s schedule
A slow unfolding
Methodical and thought out

First the grass appears
Changing from brown to yellow to green
Then one day I see the shoots
Saying hello through the dirt
Now today I swear I see
A hint of leaves on the trees

Everyone takes their turn
Patiently sharing the spotlight
And never rushing the perfect process
