Tarot from Conscience (or the Traveling Moth)
A space for tarot reflection for the day, week, or moment it comes across your screen. Each of these is reworked intentionally for The Edge, from the egregore of GroupTarot’s Card of the Week, to center education, diversity, and intuition.

Hello new friends!
My name is Kate and I am the newest columnist for The Edge. I look forward to getting to know you all!
This column is a refreshing of the very first Card of the Week I ever shared. Completely serendipitously, it was National Coming Out Day. Now, I’ve been out of all my closets a long time: Pagan, Poly, Pansexual, panda lover.
Come on, playing with consonance is fun! And it’s true! My panda hat is my favorite. Have other “P” descriptors to guess or share about you? Leave them in the comments below!
And feels perfect for starting our Fool’s Journey together; so friends, for our first Card of the Week, from one of my first decks, The Universal Waite Smith, illustrated by Pamela Coleman Smith (or Pixie as she was often known) the Queen of Cups.
It’s time to sit into our feminine power, which resides in all bodies.
It’s a time to listen to intuition, go with the flow, find paths of least resistance.
It’s ok to be on the shore rather than swimming in the deep end, with or fighting the current. Watching the waves and the currents has an important place too. As do rest, rejuvenation and soul/self care.
The Queen of Cups is an invitation to feel deeply, to listen compassionately, to drink plenty of water, and allow your feelings to be and flow as they will, the good, the bad, the ugly, the brilliant.
You have a gift of understanding, listening, and healing. This card invites you drink deeply yourself and to share these gifts respectfully with others.
Have a fluid, cleansing, week and remember to drink water! (even when it’s raining.)
