I look to the North and feel her softening and flooding and awakening. I look to the South and feel the unrest. I look to the West and I feel the fire. I look to the East and feel the instability. Everywhere I look is chaos. Everywhere I look there is tumult and uncertainty. We are being shaken to our core from every angle as we perceive anxiety in every direction. And amidst all of this is our chosen task to bring it all into balance.
We all incarnated with an intention to play our own unique and beautiful Music, adding to the glory of the Whole Symphony., amidst what feels like certain doom! Therefore, it is incumbent upon us to find within a process for restoring an unshakable, solid center. Welcome to our New Libra Moon where we are tasked to find and anchor peace within.
Under no circumstances am I saying this is an easy task. It is, in fact, such a Herculean task that humanity is still caught up in idiomatic conflict, adolescent control games, and fear-based avarice and greed. Yet here WE are; every single one of our ancestors has purchased stock in our ability to do what, perhaps, they could not; anchor Heaven on Earth.(i.e make this world a beautiful, loving place.) That’s right. That’s what we’re here to do. That’s all! No big task!
The “how” must begin right now with the diamond-like core of our inner heart and an intention to install peace there, first. We dance or sing or love or play. We connect and share, we converse and laugh. We express without the love we feel within. We make a choice to perceive the world as beautiful.
We can’t change anything outside of us until we have become whatever we want things without to change into. It is therefore incumbent upon us to, in this moment now, fall deeply and passionately in love with ourselves. We must be 100% honest with the totality of our reasons for being, our values, needs, preferences, and methods toward happiness if we are going to have a chance of seeing that reflected in the outer world.
So, while I may not be able to change the tides of war or the grip of economic slavery directly, I can act in ways discordant with them. I can act lovingly and helpfully. I can treat the Earth with respect. I can plant flowers in my own garden. It kind of seems like if everybody did that there would be Peace on Earth! I’ll keep holding that vision for the world as I’ll do my best to hold that space within myself! There is, Astrologically, our best intention for this New Libran Lunar Cycle.
