What would you do if you knew you were already enough?

The answer for me is, I will write this article, to invite you into a thought-provoking conversation.

As a transformational coach and as an entrepreneur myself, I often find myself battling these questions, whether with the people I coach or for myself.

The problem is that we often don’t see the depth of the unconscious beliefs that are seated behind statements such as:

  • When I have money, I…
  • When so and supports me, I…
  • When I lose x amount of pounds, I…

Often when I ask questions in these conversations, we uncover patterns of perfectionism, procrastination, self-doubt, and fear of failure.

What I have found is that the biggest transformation comes from a renewed perspective, and from a renewed perspective comes new action, new inspiration, and small steps towards a new direction.

There are many new perspectives out there. Today I will share my own.

I have found myself in my own transformation and continuous progress, lessons, and growth. When we are trying to find a sense of value from the “outside,” we are always trying to keep up with what I call “an invisible measuring stick.” When we are doing this, we are tense and not relaxed, and this causes what a lot of people experience as overwhelm and overthinking.

When we renew our perspective from an inner value, we find that there is an essence in each one of us and there is a sense of peace.  There’s an inner-knowing that guides us and the more we develop a relationship with this part of ourselves, the more we are able to find what from the outside is in alignment with ourselves and what isn’t.

Maybe you could approach this question from an essential perspective. Have you explored your essence? What is essence? It is what’s inside of you, your natural traits; your essential qualities such as love, compassion, care, joy, playfulness, observing nature, curiosity, introverted and extraverted nature.

What if your inner qualities could lead you to the creativity you want to express?

Have you seen some children who haven’t yet been so impacted by outer conditioning, how they create so freely: they color, draw, dance.

I am here to offer you a new perspective. I wrote this article for you. I invite you to consider doing something yourself. What would you do if you knew you already are enough? Maybe you’ll apply for a job, maybe you’ll ask someone out, maybe you’ll send a gratitude note, maybe you’ll step out in your business. Or maybe you’ll stop doing and take some rest for no reason; maybe you’ll take a day off.

I hope this article inspires you, and I would love to hear what these words have inspired you to do. Please reply with your inspirations in the Comments area below.
