Breath is the Ultimate Bridge

A bridge is a structure that provides access to a location that might otherwise be hard to reach. We have physical bridges that allow us to travel over roads, train tracks and waterways and there are etheric bridges that can help us access higher states of conscious awareness.

To travel over a physical bridge, we can walk or use a vehicle such as a bicycle or an automobile. To travel to a higher dimension, we use our light body. The light body is a high vibrational bio-electromagnetic field of coherent light that surrounds the physical body. Soul Breathing™ can help us expand our light body and access higher realms.

Breath is the movement of Spirit in and through the body. It is the bridge from your physical body to your soul. Soul Breathing™ is a conscious, diaphragmatic breathing process that generates profound physical, emotional & mental self-healing and deepens your connection with Spirit. It is at the cutting edge of breathwork. It opens up old, ineffective patterns of breathing, draws in vitality and increases the body’s natural healing abilities. It can reduce stress, heighten self-awareness and heal emotional wounds.

And it’s all about vibration. Vibration is the key. Soul Breathing activates a high vibrational energy that helps clear lower vibrational energy patterns that are stuck in the electromagnetic field. Lower vibrational patterns such as shame, guilt, anger and sadness can easily be released. Higher vibrational patterns of confidence, trust, peace, and joy start to flow in. As you embody these new frequencies, you permanently hold a higher level of vibration. As you vibrate from a higher place, you can access your light body and travel to higher realms.

Try it. Place one hand on your belly (below your naval). Start to take deep, full, smooth, diaphragmatic breaths. After you inhale, when your lungs are full, just let go of the diaphragm and relax on the exhale. The exhale will be short, but not forced. It will be easeful and passive, taking only 1 or 2 seconds. Now, begin to narrow the gap between your breaths by connecting the inhale to the exhale and the exhale to the inhale. As you breathe continuously without pausing, you will start to notice a field of high vibrational energy (prana) flowing through you. Breathe this way for just a few minutes, then return to regular breathing. Notice how you feel?

When facilitating an individual or group Soul Breathing session, I often guide people through a visualization process that uses the rainbow bridge. This etheric bridge is a mythical overpass said to connect heaven and Earth. From this magical place, the rainbow bridge assists the breather as they travel from the lower 3rd and 4th dimensions to higher states of consciousness. You are invited to align with the core of earth and the infinite intelligence of the cosmos. You can connect with your multi-dimensional aspects. You start to feel the stillness, the holiness, the whole-ness, that lies at your center. You breathe more of yourself into YOU.

Therefore, breath becomes the ultimate bridge. It connects us to all living things and allows us to access more of ourselves.

We are in an intense phase of an individual and global transformation. Humanity is making a critical evolutionary leap in consciousness that both urges and inspires us to transmute our blocked emotions, heal our bodies, free our minds and connect to our divinity.
