Eden Prairie, MN – September 2024: The Edge Magazine, in partnership with sound alchemist Royce Vagnier, invites the community to a transformative and free Sound Bath event, “Are You on the Edge of Transformation?” This unique experience will take place on Sunday, September 22nd, at Red Rock Lake Park in Eden Prairie, MN, starting at 11 AM.
As the autumn equinox marks a time of balance and new beginnings, this event offers a sacred space for participants to harness the powerful energies of the equinox and the four earth elements – earth, water, fire, and air. The ceremony will include various rituals designed to help attendees release what no longer serves them and set intentions for the new season.
Event Highlights:
- Cacao Ceremony: An offering of gratitude for the abundance we have received, fostering a sense of community and shared safety.
- Water Moment of Gratitude: Honoring Mother Earth and the sacredness of water in our lives.
- Fire Bowl Actions: An opportunity to let go of the past by burning symbolic pieces of paper and creating space for new intentions.
- Sound Bath: The event will culminate in a deeply immersive sound bath, beginning with the resonant tones of the heart bowl, guiding participants into a state of relaxation and renewal.
