Spirit Traveling to Ancient Sites with Sonja Grace

To The Ziggurat of Ur & The Eye of the Desert.

I had just made a cup of tea and settled down to work when my guides appeared before me, saying, “It’s time to go!” Rushed and unprepared for time travel, I asked, “Where are we going?” They assured me I would enjoy the destination. After silencing my phone, I entered a meditative state, dissolving into particles that merged with the room. Grasping their hands tightly, we ascended into darkness, speeding through the stars until we arrived in 12,800 BCE, in a verdant but desolate land. In the distance, I spotted ancient ant people moving about, preparing for something. The Savrock, guardians of Earth living deep underground, welcomed me and expressed a desire to show me what had transpired here.

I looked around and remarked, “There’s nothing here except this large tree and a small stone building.” They smiled, “On the contrary, there is so much you will find surprising.” We entered the small stone building, reminiscent of doors in Chaco Canyon. Ducking through the entrance, I noticed a large opening in the ground, leading us down a steadily declining tunnel. The rock-carved stairs and lantern-lit passageway felt accommodating for the large Savrock. After traveling 150 meters, we reached an enormous cave with multiple rooms and a lake shimmering with reflections like stars.

Curious about the thriving plants, I followed them into another cave where a vast lake filled much of the space. The Savrock explained, “An underground aquifer feeds this lake, providing fresh, pure water.” The ceiling sparkled with pyrite, casting a glow that complemented the Savrock’s own light.

As the Savrock began to tell their story telepathically, they reenacted the actions of the people. “This place was built 15,000 years ago as a small rock structure marking the entrance to the Earth. We created the tunnel to assist the people when Atlantis fell. Over time, the site became sacred, evolving into a shrine after we closed the tunnel in 2000 BCE.” They recounted how they guided some people from Atlantis to safety before the comets struck, but some refused to follow.

“There was a meteor that broke apart in our atmosphere, impacting all through Atlantis, causing land masses to sink into the ocean,” the Savrock continued. When I asked what the people called this place before it became the Ziggurat of Ur, they replied, “They referred to this underground haven as Eden, pronounced Edin.” The inhabitants remained underground for years until it was safe to emerge, buoyed by hope as the tree above showed signs of life.

Suddenly, the cave filled with people, a frenzy of activity unfolding. I saw them making tools, drinking from bubbling springs, and cooking bread over fires. I questioned the Savrock about how they managed fire without smoke, and they pointed out vents that allowed fresh air to circulate and cleanse the smoke.

Following the Savrock deeper into the Earth, we encountered fields of oats and barley. “This is Midgard,” they explained, where the people sourced their food. They traveled to these fields monthly, wary of mixing with those on the surface for fear of not returning.

The Savrock took us back to the first cave, where roots grew down the walls. They shared that the people knew it was time to emerge when the roots sprouted leaves. Led by a couple named Edum and Ava, they assured everyone it was safe to leave. This tree became known as the Tree of Life, symbolizing hope and renewal. Edum and Ava would become legendary figures in stories of survival, ultimately transforming into the myth of Adam and Eve over centuries, marking the beginning of a new world.

Spirit Traveling to The Eye of the Desert: Atlantis.

I sat in meditation, feeling my body dissolve into the air. My guides invited me to join them, announcing, “We are going to Atlantis!” We soared high into the darkening sky, the stars lighting our way.

We arrived in 14,800 BCE, in a lush, green Sahara Desert. Below us lay a city hidden among trees and foliage, its single-story rock buildings interconnected by intricate waterways. “Where is everyone?” I asked my guides.

They led me to a heavy wooden door, and we entered a small room with a tiny door. Crouching, we descended steep steps into a vast underground cave filled with water and greenery. My guides explained that this was where people had taken refuge from attacks by the Anunnaki, an alien race that enslaved them for centuries. Once the Anunnaki left, the people returned above ground.

I asked, “When did Atlantis begin?” Suddenly, we ascended to view the village and mountain range below. My guides smiled, revealing we were now in 250,000 BCE. Standing on a hill, we approached the center of the village, where a massive serpent carved from stone zigzagged through. Its head faced south, and we entered through a tall wooden door at its tail.

Inside, light streamed through the serpent’s eyes into a large, domed room where people awaited us – tall, brown-skinned priests and priestesses adorned in intricate robes. One man introduced himself as Ernot, a priest of the temple. He explained that they called themselves Tragons and were water keepers from the planet orbiting Chalawan in Ursa Major. They were here to develop humanity, using an aquifer beneath their village as a refuge during the end of Atlantis.

I asked about the boundaries of Atlantis, and Ernot revealed it expanded over thousands of years, reaching as far as Iran, Russia, Hungary, Spain, and central Africa. He spoke of an alien race that provided advanced technology and a nuclear power orb, safeguarded within the temple. The people worshipped a great water serpent and the Creator, who illuminated the way for the first humans.

Ernot recounted how the Lion Gods and Goddesses arrived from Leo to aid the people against the Anunnaki. Once the Anunnaki were defeated, Atlantis thrived until drought, greed, and competition caused its decline. As corruption spread, priests safeguarded the orb, aware of its dangerous power. Eventually, reptilians discovered it, leading to a nuclear explosion that destroyed the heart of Atlantis, signaling impending doom for Earth.

I inquired about survival, and Ernot assured me many made it underground. He described how land masses shifted due to the comets’ impacts, burying much of their technology under Antarctica. They understood gravity and utilized it for flight, creating ships that traversed not just Earth but space.

Curious about other ancient civilizations, I asked about Lemuria, and Ernot confirmed their peaceful trade relations. He described how the fair-haired Pleiadeans had welcomed them to Atlantis, guiding them to sacred water. Ernot dipped a cup into the sacred pool, offering it to my guides and then to me. Upon drinking, I felt a profound oneness with God, transcending earthly boundaries and merging with Source.

When I returned, I was sitting in my office. I asked my guides, “How did we get back here?” They smiled, “You entered the realm of God. Time travel is not necessary when you have become one with Source.” I was in a daze and feeling blissful. The thought crossed my mind: “This explains nuclear energy brought to Earth by an alien race during Atlantis, which, like my own time, is in the balance of such an outcome.”

Then I remembered the water.
