For years, I asked myself this question in quiet moments, even while outwardly succeeding. I had the titles, the team, and the revenue. My calendar was full and my reputation was solid. Yet something underneath it all felt reversed, like I was running my life and business from someone else’s architecture.
That’s when life cracked me open. My son’s spectrum diagnosis forced me to stop performing success and start living it differently. Strategy alone couldn’t solve what my intuition already knew: I had been leaving parts of myself outside the room.
