This year requires you to be the most powerful version of yourself, and with things moving faster than the speed of light, you must fortify yourself madly to avoid getting swept up in the currents. Being aligned with your energy and precise in your actions is the winning strategy. Fortifying your power comes in 3 steps:
- Clear your mind.
- Open your heart.
- Activate your will.

1. Clear Your Mind
You don’t need more information right now. You need space.
Most people I speak with aren’t confused because they lack intelligence, they’re overwhelmed because their minds are too full. Their minds are full of half-made decisions, conversations they haven’t had, responsibilities they didn’t consciously choose, and noise that isn’t even theirs.
When your mind is over-crowded, you can’t hear your intuition. When you can’t hear your intuition, you start pushing, forcing, and trying to think your way into clarity instead of allowing clarity to rise. Clearing your mind isn’t about meditation apps or pretending everything is fine. It’s about honesty and asking yourself, “What am I carrying that no longer belongs to me?”
There are always open loops, such as; a decision you already know the answer to but haven’t acted on, a commitment that feels heavy but you keep honoring out of habit, or a story you’re replaying that reinforces doubt instead of truth. The mind keeps circling around what the soul has already resolved.
The first step to clearing your mind is simple: write those swirling thoughts down. All of them. Get them out of your head and onto paper. When you externalize these swirling thoughts, they lose power. Your nervous system softens and you can breathe again. Breath is what leads to clarity when thinking can’t.
Next, clean up something physical. It can be your desk, a drawer, or your inbox. This clearing isn’t cosmetic, it’s energetic. Your energy responds to your environment. When your space is congested, your thinking is cluttered too. When you create order by clearing your space, your inner world reorganizes more easily.
Yet, the deepest mental clarity doesn’t come from organizing, it comes from truth. Your body always knows this truth before your brain does. If something tightens your chest every time you think about it, that’s important information. If something feels draining instead of expansive, that’s also information. Clearing your mind means trusting those signals instead of arguing with them.
Once your mind quiets, your heart’s whispers become noticeable. You suddenly hear your own wisdom.
2. Open Your Heart
Opening your heart doesn’t mean becoming sentimental or soft, it means becoming more available. When your heart is open, you’re available to what’s real. You can easily be in touch with what you actually want. You can also connect to those parts of you that have been buried under performing or over-caring for others.
Too many successful people are exhausted because they’ve been leading while filled with defensive armor instead of alignment. They know how to produce, win, and be impressive. Yet somewhere along the way, they stopped checking whether they even liked the life they were building.
The key to an open heart requires asking different questions. Instead of asking “How do I get ahead?”, you ask “What matters now?” Instead of asking yourself “How do I prove myself?”, you ask “Where am I already enough?”
There’s a reason I’ve built so much of my work around knowing, liking, and trusting yourself. You can’t sustain wealth, power, or impact if you secretly distrust your own instincts. Also, you can’t build a legacy from self-rejection. At some point, you have to come home to yourself.
You can open your heart by keeping small promises to yourself. When you say yes to yourself, follow through by committing to your yes. Another way to be open to your heart is to say no when your body says no. Being authentic to your real truth with radical honesty cracks your heart wide open. You let someone see the real you instead of the curated one. Every time you honor your inner signal, your self-trust strengthens. This trust is fuel, which brings you to your will.
3. Activate Your Will
Your will isn’t force. It’s not dominating or white-knuckling your way forward. Your will is the steady internal current that says, “This is the direction.” It doesn’t shout at you, panic due to outside influences or give you up in need of applause.
Right now, we’re living in a time of ignition. You can feel the restlessness in the air with structures that are shifting and identities that are dissolving. The old rules no longer deliver the same results. With all of this pressure, it’s tempting to react dramatically or freeze entirely. However, neither response is aligned.
To activate your will, you don’t need a life overhaul. You just need one aligned action. That’s right, just one. What would actually move you closer to the version of you that feels grounded, powerful, and clear? Let’s explore a few options.
- End something that’s complete.
- Begin something that scares you a little.
- Set a boundary you’ve avoided.
- Accept support you’d usually shun.
- Reach out to someone to reconnect.
- Step to an edge that feels uncomfortable.
- Finally claim what you want without shrinking.
Your will strengthens through alignment, not adrenaline. Every time you act from inner clarity instead of outer pressure, your capacity expands. Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re wrong. It means you’re growing into a larger version of yourself.
When your mind is clear, you can see. When your heart is open, you can feel. When your will is activated, you can move.
This is where energy meets action. It’s not hustle or force. It’s always alignment.
Here’s what I want you to remember: you don’t need to do all of this at once. Give yourself permission to start small.
- Clear one mental loop.
- Open one honest conversation.
- Take one aligned step.
Then repeat.
Over time, something subtle shifts. You feel less scattered and more like yourself. The most amazing part? You stop chasing momentum because you become it.
That’s real power, and it begins inside.
Cheers to your power,
