A Daddy’s Girl

Among the most interesting hand pics this month was this one from Sue from Wisconsin. I always tell folks to tell me nothing in advance of any reading – you are paying me to tell you. For this reason, I was a bit annoyed at reading all the facts she sent me about her life.

Born on St Hugh’s Day, the patron said of astrologers and palmists, feast day November 17th. St. Hugh, a Benedictine monk, renowned for his piety, humility, and commitment to the care of the poor. he was a reformer and established a legacy of care charity and justice. It is often said we partake of the saint we share a special day with, and this is certainly true here.

Sue’s heart rules her head, she wants to be settled in a stable relationship. Some girls can live without love, and some dream of romance every day. A very shapely and glamorous girl, and a high earner, she is often wanted by men on the make and not for her. She asks “how can i tell if the man genuinely loves me?”

I reminded her of the old song “How can i tell if he loves me so? it’s in his kiss.” A woman’s intuition is at its best, with these first impressions which are usually correct.

(1) The 3 lines under the little finger of Mercury. all drop down toward the Mars mount. Mars, the planet of war, and tells us these relationships ended in quarrels. Incidentally, every book on the subject calls these marriage lines, they are not. Many people don’t get married today, they tell of relationships. The teaching comes from the Kartikeyan system, India’s oldest tradition, and today may not be as accurate as back then.

a daddy's girl palm print analysis(2) The heart line has a beautiful deep curve, if you imagine how many good things could be contained in this curve, such as warmth, care, femininity, romance and love. It all shows here. Women, who are spiritually based as in this case, feed very much on the emotions of the sexual experience. Whereas for men, it’s the joy of the physical release.

Carl Jung put this well when he said “A man will give love for the sex he needs, and the women will give sex for the love she needs.” The Human DNA changes every 7 years. In the sex act you exchange DNA, so for 7 years you carry the vibes of your lover and all his partners. Spiritual women should choose spiritual man for compatibility, companionship and commitment, and deep satisfaction.

(3) The downward sweep of the headline, tells us the lady needs Romance Mysticism and creativity, she loves anything beautiful, including beautiful men. Germain Greer said “Beware the beautiful man, as he gets so much attention from women they often become selfish and cynical.” The first, or Jupiter finger, stands above the third finger. This tells of the ego the stomach and lungs and the father. The first man in a girls life will affect her subconsciously how she sees and deals with men through her life. Much confidence is shown here – showing she has a great relationship with her father and is a ‘daddy’s girl’.

Women who have a poor or dysfunctional early father relationships are later the ones who make bad decisions with men, as they have no inner emotional compass to guide them. The start to the lifeline often has a short line just above it. This is the father line,
and in Ancient palmistry of India and Tibet, it’s said you knew this man before birth.

(4) The line crossing to the lifeline shows a split, bubble or island at this period – a time of crisis shows a serious marital breakup. Shakespeare said “Every parting is a wound that never heals, and that leaves a mark upon the soul that never heals, and that mark is at age 28.” While Thoreau said “There is only one cure for love, and that is more love, more love still and even more than that.”

Sue asks “when will I find the man, whose right for me?” i had to explain she loves beautiful things, but do not place too much emphasis on looks. Wrapping paper is always very pretty, but it’s the gift inside that counts. The insides of a man are more important than what’s on the outside. She had been looking for Mr. Right far and wide, it looked to me that he was under her nose. She replied “there is a man at work that I really like”.

I said go-get-him-girl!
