In September, we are continuing on the new path that we started with the Barbault’s Basket astrological event in July and the Solar and Lunar Eclipses in August. These events have brought in new beginnings, cosmic resets, and transformational energies. We are standing at the beginning of our new path, processing what we are leaving behind and trying to focus on starting forward on our new journey.
I wrote about Barbault’s Basket in the July 2026 Energy Update. As a reminder, Barbault’s Basket is an extremely rare alignment with the outer planets of Jupiter, Pluto, Uranus and Neptune, forming a basket shape. Astrologer André Barbault and others predicted this specific event would mark a major turning point in history, signifying a structural reorganization and a transition toward a new collective era.
This transition has also been described as a shift in the wind. Prior to July, we were walking, running, and crawling through life facing a strong headwind. Much of our life has felt difficult, hard and needing constant work to achieve and even maintain. We were told we needed to work hard to be successful. This basket event marks the threshold into a new paradigm. Not only is the wind resting for a moment, but it will turn and be behind our backs going forward until May 10, 2028. Supporting us as we move forward to build a new world.
When I wrote that information in July, I never thought we would still be processing what we left behind and working on starting the new path in September. I thought we would be well on our way, along our new path. I’m realizing we are still trying to understand what just happened. Many of us, feel the grief or sadness of leaving behind our past burdens or the complex changes we are experiencing. We have reached completions of projects, relationships, locations, careers and more. We are not sure of the direction we want to take forward, while we are still releasing and processing the past, without enough energy or passion to move forward.
I’m shown by my guides to take your time in this in-between space. Allow the full processing of what has ended, as you begin to determine what will be your new projects, relationships, location, career and more. Bring in gratitude for your past and your future to help with this process. Indulge in self-care, rest and grounding, to help you cope. Use new upgrades you have and are experiencing in your body. Upgrades to your intuition and psychic abilities. Upgrades to your emotional and physical bodies.
I’m shown you will be having odd experiences and unexpected results. There will be surprises in our external world and institutions. Your preferences may change. For example, your favorite foods, beverages, music and habits may change. This is all a part of releasing the old and finding the new. Let it happen.
As you release the past, you will become curious about the future. Use this energy to begin to explore and plan for your upcoming journey. Let curiosity drive the planning of the future, not guilt or external pressures.
