Shanti Toll is the founder of the Celebration Metaphysical Fairs, the oldest New Age Festival in the USA. Shanti has spent his life pursuing spiritual and metaphysical understanding. He majored in Religious Thought at the University of Pennsylvania and received a master's degree in Agency Counseling. Shanti taught in public schools for more than twenty years.
