    Join Terri for an evening of Soul Breathing, Heart Healing & Soul Connection, by Zoom. You will let go of stress, clear your blocks and raise your vibration to find more clarity, harmony, peace & joy.

    It’s a FULL MOON. As we breathe in the full moon energies, we will send our intentions out to the ethers to help bring our desires into form and create the new Earth. NEWBIES start at 7pm CT (central time), EXPERIENCED BREATHERS should join by 7:30pm CT.

    What is SOUL BREATHING™?

    SOUL BREATHING™ is a powerful process that consistently generates profound physical, emotional & mental self-healing & deepens your connection with Spirit.  
    Breath is one of the few systems in the body that works on both conscious and unconscious levels. As we become consciously aware of our breath and use our diaphragm correctly, it changes old, ineffective patterns of breathing and becomes a tool that can help reduce stress, heighten self-awareness and heal emotional wounds. 

    The Soul Breathing™ technique is supported by body mapping, affirmations and sound therapy techniques for body-mind-soul integration. And it’s all about vibration. 


    As you begin to master your breath, you will begin to permanently hold a higher level of vibration. And vibrating from this new place will allow you to let go of old emotional and mental patterns and gain a new perspective. This will allow you to attract more of what you want in your life, and create more balance, abundance, peace and joy in your everyday living.

     In a SOUL BREATHING session you will…

    • UNDERSTAND how your breath gets blocked. 
    • LEARN how to open constricted, shallow breathing. 
    • EXPERIENCE a facilitated Soul Breathing session using a deep, connected breathing process, music, sound healing & affirmations for body-mind-spirit integration. 
    • RELEASE old emotional & mental patterns
    • FEEL lighter, more joyful, free 
    • RECEIVE a 5 minute daily home breath practice
