In this full day immersion you will be guided to release and let go of what is not serving you in order to welcome the spring and the future with open arms and an open heart. Through the practices of yoga, ayurveda and intention creation we will embark on a journey of release and transformation. Just as the winter releases the earth to spring we will release and restore to be ready for the season ahead.
At the end of the day, you will:
• Feel a little lighter from releasing anything that does not serve
• Create a clear, strong, energetically activated intention for spring
• Have tools to take with you as you embark on this next season
What to Bring?
Journal & writing utensil
Crayons, colored pencils, colored pens, etc
Pillow for yoga nidra
Meditation cushion or bolster if you wish
Blanket for yoga nidra
We will have some props to use, however if you know there is something you would really like to use please bring it.
Lunch will be included in this full-day retreat and will be a nourishing dish of Kitchari. You will learn ways to eat for your mind/body constitution in order to nourish your body and restore balance in your mind, body and spirit.
