April 2025 Forecast: Release the Resistance

Our 4th month of the year is marked by a powerful sense of responsibility, ethics, and practical processes for making things happen. This month, April’s intense 4-vibrational energy has a new lesson for you to learn. We will experience the challenges of resistance with this decisive “make it happen” practical energy. The powerful 9-vibrational energy of 2025 will teach us to release the resistance and explore new ways of making things happen and accomplishing things.

When I consider how April’s 4- vibrational energy and 2025’s 9- vibrational energy will interact, these merged energies vibrate at 13/4 which is the frequency of karmic transformation. We must examine our lives and environments to see if anything needs to change drastically. Transformation energy is available to create what you want to happen.

I also want you to focus on a few more critical aspects of your life. We need to prioritize our health. This includes maintaining a work-life balance and making time daily to develop self-awareness and mindfulness. Next, we must release our resistance to being more mindful of our physical and emotional bodies. This includes food, exercise, and quiet time like meditation and journaling. We also need to revisit our personal and professional relationships. It would be good to revisit my February 2025 Forecast to understand how to release the resistance to deal with that delicate issue.

Transforming your life for the better can feel like a big mountain to climb, but focusing on actionable steps can make it manageable. Here are three powerful ways to release resistance:

Mindset Shift

  • Self-awareness – Recognize and challenge limiting beliefs. Replace them with positive affirmations.
  • Visualization – Create a vivid mental picture of your desired future. This can help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
  • Gratitude Practice – Focus on what you’re thankful for. It creates a positive mindset and can help you feel more open to change.

Incremental Goals

  • Start Small – Break down your big goals into smaller, manageable steps. Achieving these small victories can build momentum.
  • Habit Formation – Consistency is key. Commit to small daily habits that align with your goals.
  • Celebrate Progress – Acknowledge and reward your achievements, no matter how small. It keeps motivation high.

Surround Yourself with Support

  • Find a Mentor – Seek guidance from someone who has achieved your goal. They can provide valuable insights and encouragement.
  • Join a Community – Engage with like-minded individuals. A supportive community can inspire you and hold you accountable.
  • Positive Environment – Create a space that reflects your goals. Declutter, set up a vision board, and fill your environment with things that motivate you.
