The energies continue to build as we advance into June 2026. The impact to each person seems to vary. I have been exhausted and can’t seem to get enough sleep. Some people have experienced more energy or that they can’t sleep at night. However you are being effected, it is going to continue right into the New Moon on the 15th. The energies seem to settle down around Father’s Day, which is about the time that we move into the Cancer Zodiac sign.
The energies may settle down, but our external world will still have lots of surprises in June. My guides provided four themes for the month of June.

More Lies Coming from All Directions
On a daily basis, I review current and past events to post on my Telegram channel, and other locations. I have known for years that our mainstream media lies to us. Their main purpose has been to provide propaganda, so the viewers would believe in the approved narrative. During my daily review process, I connect with my Higher Self and guides to determine what information is true and what isn’t. I don’t post anything I’m shown as being false. In the last month or so, there has been a sharp increase in the number of articles, posts, videos etc. that are false. Even information from previously trusted sources. There are some legitimate reasons this is happening. Some people are sharing information that they believe is true, but it isn’t. Some people are sharing false information, to hide operations from the bad guys or to move them into certain strategic reactions.
Regardless of why this is happening, it is happening, and will increase in the short term. It is important that you are aware of this, so you can research more about events that effect you and your family. Living in Different Realities or Dimensions
As the earth continues to move through the ascension process, those on the ascension path and those who have chosen not to ascend at this time are living in very different realities. You will be witnessing friends, family and public figures, some who traveling through the chaos with relative ease and peace, and others who are experiencing significant turmoil, trauma and health issues. I’m shown we will lose increasing numbers of friends and family, though death or relationships that just seem to dissolve.
In June, the separation between the different realities, will become more noticeable. We will lose some relationships, but others will suddenly become unexpectedly stronger. A relationship that wasn’t working, may miraculously heal due to a sudden awakening. It is important to remember that each person is traveling on their own unique journey, designed specifically for them, which we need to support and not judge. Sometimes, it will appear that people are making bad choices or they won’t listen to your advice, remember they are on their own journey that we can’t understand. Sometimes we just need to send them our love and support.
Hidden Information Coming Out that will Surprise Everyone
Disclosure will continue to happen in June in increasing degrees. Some of us have been exploring and researching areas that are currently being disclosed, such as UFOs/UAPs, JFK/RFK assassination, 9/11 World Trade Center, and Epstein for years. We think we have heard everything, but sources say there will still be big surprises coming soon, that will surprise everyone. You will need a strategy on how to navigate through these disclosures. I recommend you start with observation. Observe, witness and be aware, but you don’t have to confirm or declare whether or not you believe. Just be aware that some people believe this and you are becoming aware. I recommend you observe and don’t argue. Arguing will take your energy and your peace from you. Just be aware of the information to start. As you more information comes in, the puzzle pieces will begin to fit together. Just let this happen at its own pace.
How to Navigate Through the Chaos
Find your strategy to deal with the outside world. Generally, that will be to spend more time in your internal and local world. Find those around you, family and/or friends, that make you happy, that make you smile. Find your community, your people. Reach out to them regularly! Find activities, such as meditation, walking in nature, yoga, etc. Practice gratitude daily. I don’t do this as much as I should, but I’m told it can have profound effects in your life, especially if you write it down.
Lastly, notice the positive changes happening! Yes, the new earth is here. We are building it now, at the same time the old foundations are crumbling. Notice the changes and share them with others. This enforces those positive energies and brings in more of the same.
