Nationally recognized speakers Dr. George Pransky and Linda Pransky will present a workshop, “Foundations of Mental Well-Being: The New Paradigm in Mental, Relational and Chemical Health,” November 12-14, hosted by the Metropolitan State University College of Professional Studies and Minnesota Counseling and Education Center.
The workshop, to be presented in Founders Hall, will explore the principles that are the root of human resilience and the key to successful business and personal relationships. The Friday and Saturday sessions will be particularly beneficial to attendees seeking a deeper and more rewarding experience of life. Sunday’s session is geared towards the application of these principles in a clinical setting. Benefits of understanding these principles include less stress and anxiety, decreased feelings of occupational burnout and a greater ability to point clients and others toward their health.
Dr. George Pransky and Linda Pransky have been teaching “Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought” for more than 20 years. They are senior partners at Pransky and Associates in LaConner, WA, a business and personal consultation firm. Dr. Pransky is a noted author, speaker and practicing marriage and family therapist.
