What is the significance and meaning of your names?
Sri Ram Kaa: There’s a couple of levels to this. I think there are many folks out there who find their spiritual names to help them align with a higher expression of themselves, and our names certainly correspond to that intention and match our soul’s experience. In my case, Sri is basically a substitute for "Reverend" or "to revere." In the Indian Hindu traditions, many teachers have the name Sri. "Ram" is the Divine, another word for God, and "Kaa" refers to the spiritual essence or the spirit body, the etheric body-and on this planet it was found in Egypt. Sri Ram Kaa basically means "To revere the spirit of God."
Kira Raa: Both of our names were actually reacquainted with us through the archangelic realm, shortly after we came together, all of which we talk about in our first book, Sacred Union: The Journey Home. Basically Kira Raa in its fullest essence means "the light of the light" and it’s a beautiful gift. One of the things about the Kaa and the Raa in our names is that they have two "a"s, which is not a traditional spelling. The two "a"s enunciate the energies and really hold the energy that we have been asked to hold at this time.
Maybe as the energy intensifies you’ll add another one on!
SRK: Aaaaaaaaaaaa!
KR: Aaaaaaaaaaaa!
SRK: We are in a time of expanding energy, and so Kira and I enjoy the fact that our names cause a person to come present. If you want to speak our name, you have to get out of your habitual mold to say Ram Kaa, and it creates an availability. So there’s a little hidden benefit. It helps the conversation start off with presence and availability.
KR: And acceptance. Our names are not dissimilar from when someone enters the convent or the priesthood. Oftentimes their name changes to become the energy of their service. In a nutshell, our names are the energy of our service in the world.
Okay. What do you mean when you say that the two of you have been reunified?
KR: Well, that’s a powerful question. That’s one of our books!
Yes, perhaps you can give us the brief answer.
KR: Oh, absolutely. One of the gifts that came forward in our second book, 2012: You Have a Choice, was the reunification of the soul groups and how to really understand your life by understanding the energy of this soul group reunification energy. Sri Ram Kaa and I are what’s known as union souls, meaning that we are one soul that was literally split into two. This is different than twin souls. We had a very powerful lifetime during an ancient time that many refer to as Atlantis, and after that lifetime we were intentionally held apart until, and if, this world came to the point it is at right now. This was certainly not something that either one of us had any conscious knowing of. As a matter of fact, when we first got together, I think it stunned us more than anybody.
SRK: So many of us on the spiritual path discover, as we deepen our inner connection, that we, indeed, have a mission beyond our comprehension, at least beyond our initial comprehension. Certainly that was true for Kira and myself. We felt an inner longing to find each other. There was this sense that the perfect partner, the life partner was out there, and then we met. A deep sense of peace and expansion occurred. Not just the excitement of meeting the right mate, but there was a deep soul-based expansion. And in that reunion, a lot of information, a lot of memories, came flooding in. That’s what triggered the recognition of our contract.
When did you meet again?
SRK: That was 2002. We’re an internet success story!
KR: Sri and I met through Spiritualsingles.com.
SRK: I think the internet has really opened up our collective telepathic abilities and connections.
How do you define self-ascension?
SRK: Self-ascension differs from ascension, which is commonly understood as what happens when we drop our body and lift into higher realms. Self-ascension is offering a pathway to lift into your true soul vibration while still here, in body, having a human experience.
KR: It’s the absolute full remembrance of the truth of who you are without any doubt, while you are still on this planet, in this world, with this beautiful body.
The archangelic realm just laughs and laughs when they’re asked about ascension. What they always say is, "We find all this talk about ascension so funny in your world, because how can you ascend back to what you already are?" Self-ascension is a path of mastery that will open the door for others, because when you self-ascend into the truth of your presence, your mere being frees others to do the same.
SRK: When this information and guidance first came in from the archangelic realm, I was seeking clarity myself: "Does this mean we’re all going to be living from our Higher Self?" Many of us here on Earth think about the Higher Self as that ascended Christ energy quality.
The archangels replied: "Higher self, lower self? There’s just Self! Ascend into that which you really are and let go of the illusion that you’re less than that." The path of self-ascension offers many practices and energies designed to help folks remember the truth of their core essence.
KR: Because when we can walk without any doubt, then we are truly free.
Describe what each of you offer to the world?
SRK: It is our intent to do two things. One is to live this path of self-ascension, and offer a model for authenticity through our trust and surrender to the path of self-ascension.
KR: Sri and I really lived what most people would call very typical lives. We were both very successful in the traditional business world. Even though I was born very clairvoyant, by the time I was a teenager, based on the models of the world I grew up in at that time, I had completely shut down.
One of the unique features that we bring to the world actually occurred when I died of cancer in 1989. I was clinically dead for four minutes. And I have since had another near-death experience in 2003, right after Sri Ram Kaa and I got married. The gift of both of these near-death experiences is that I absolutely know, without any doubt, the truth of your infinite presence.
One of the gifts that we bring together is that presence of complete trust in the Universe. When each of us can walk the planet with Divine knowing, without any doubt of how amazing we are, then we free others to do the same-without even a word, just by being in each other’s presence we open up doorways.
When Sri Ram Kaa and I got together, everything started clicking. On the grander scale, we understood that the reason that I have literally died twice was to learn how to step in and out of my body, and to have the extraordinary gift of seeing each person in their truth. When I meet someone, I don’t see a body. I see their truth. And when we see the truth of each person, we are constantly in a Divine state of gratitude and love.
SRK: Kira and I spent a couple of decades living what we would call conventional lives, having families and running businesses and doing the 9-5 effort to be successful and responsible citizens. So we truly understand what we now refer to as "density consciousness," that is, the ordinary stream of consciousness that’s present in our world. After we came together in 2002, we awakened to our soul’s mission, which was to lift into this process of self-ascension. So we delight in the paradox of being in the world, but not of the world. We’ve lived on both sides. As a result of having that experience so present in our consciousness, we’re able to be very present to people and the struggles and challenges they have as they, too, choose to lift beyond the ego and live a soul-based life.
KR: I always laugh and say, "If I can do it, I know anybody can," because it certainly was nowhere in my consciousness that I would do what I have done. If anybody would have ever told me that this was why I was on the planet, I would have been the first one to say, "You have got to be kidding me!"
Right. Why are people afraid of being who they truly are?
KR: Isn’t that the million dollar question? I love that you asked that question. Oftentimes it’s because we’ve habitualized into a state of coping. In other words, we grow up in a world where we allow ourselves to believe that another shoe will drop, that there’s always a down side to the up side, and we’re literally taught not to trust.
One of the greatest revelations of freedom comes when we can trust ourselves. However, in order to do that it means you have to blow up your mind! Instead of walking through the shadow of death, you’ve got to walk through the shadow of insanity as defined by the parameters of our current world, which is designed to teach you how to cope rather than to live.
One of the things that we have both found is that when you allow yourself to realize that you are free to have an extraordinary life-as a matter of fact, it’s the reason you came here-that’s when the miracles start happening. However, to really live that, not just talk about it, not just romanticize about it, not to see it as an esoteric concept, to really live that, you’ve got to face your greatest fear-and your greatest fear is looking into the truth of who you are.
You begin with yourself. When you become radically honest with yourself and start peeling away all the paradigms, you’re ready to break free into this extraordinary trust that all the answers you’ve ever needed and all the truth that’s ever been has been sitting inside your stunning heart the whole time.
So why are people afraid? Because there have not been many role models who are really living that, 24/7. That’s why our work has grown so quickly. This is our life. This isn’t something we do once in a while. We are now blessed to see thousands of people around us who have made this their life, and now they’re freeing others to do the same. There are all these wonderful teachers coming forward at this time in history to help each one of us walk through a paradigm of insanity to find the truth of who we are.
SRK: One of the reasons that fear is so prevalent when we start looking at our truth is because our psychic structure that we call the ego depends upon predictable patterns. There are many beautiful teachers who teach methods and concepts that help the ego be more spiritual. If you had to generalize, most of the teachings are about spiritualizing the ego.
Fundamentally, there’s a problem there, because the ego was birthed from separation. It believes in and thrives on differentiation and separation. The soul is birthed from union. Living a soul-based life means the ego must fear its very death, and that rumbling of the ego always occurs when a person goes deeply into their spiritual surrender. It is a wall of fear that must be walked through to find the power of peace.
KR: The good news is that there are simple steps you can follow. Allow yourself to embrace the steps.
Pick your pain. It is more painful to stay in fear and to doubt yourself, yet it’s comfortable because it’s more widely accepted. Or, are you ready to step into what may be a different form of transitory pain? That involves having to say, "I’m trusting myself, I’m trusting myself, I’m trusting myself." Usually in the early stages of that, you don’t have a lot of support until you find that there is more support than you were aware of. Allow yourself to begin the ultimate gift of receiving, because in the spiritual journey, it begins with receiving. When we receive and allow our wholeness to come forward, we are whole to give.
And isn’t it growing more and more clear to most of us that what we’re doing is not working?
KR: Absolutely. Sri Ram Kaa and I have been traveling the world now for four years and have met thousands and thousands of people. The one unifying, absolute truth of everyone, no matter what level of consciousness they’re awake to, is that things cannot continue the way they are.
SRK: That really shakes one to the very core, because the way we approach problems must change. We cannot look at the problems in our world through the lens of our traditional method of problem solving. We truly must bring the trust of the quantum mind to bear on the current issues that face us.
KR: When Sri and I appear on Coast-to-Coast AM with George Noory, the reason all the phone lines jam, and the reason that the calls are overwhelming, is predominantly because most people want to know they’re not insane. They’re looking for that reassurance and they don’t know where to find it. That is a gift that we can all give each other right now, by releasing any doubt and being in our Divine presence, 24/7.
What is your vision for the next five years?
SRK: We are on a rising tide!
KR: We have a lot to say about that!
SRK: Since the millennium, and everybody can kind of look back and joke about Y2K and storing water and all of that jazz, what really happened was a grand release of energy to prepare us most gently over a twelve-year period for the high water mark in consciousness.
In the next five years you’re going to see the outer world going through a phase shift. When water turns into water vapor, it goes through a phase shift. When ice turns into liquid, it goes through a phase shift. Consciousness is going through a phase shift right now. We’re in the middle of it, and this is why there’s so much chaos and polarity in the world. This is why people are hearing tones in their ears. Their sleep patterns are interrupted. These ascension acceleration energy experiences, as we call them, are all symptomatic of a rising vibrational level, which is seeking to prepare consciousness.
KR: The year 2007 is a year of absolute choice. You must get clear on what you really want for yourself, your life, and what you want this world to be. This is why The Secret became so popular. We are at the time when what we focus on is expanding, only it’s happening in such an extraordinarily rapid progression that you must get clear on what you’re really choosing. Don’t just sit down and say, "I want, I want, I want." We’re talking about a deeper clarity.
At the expo, Sri and I are going to be sharing an enormous amount of information in a very powerful film that shows absolute proof of multidimensional openings and multidimensional contact. This will be shown for the first time in this part of the country. The reason we’re doing this is to help people make clear choices based upon clear information that comes from their own heart.
From the years 2008 through 2011, we will definitely see a rise in chaos, and there will be a rise in polarity if you focus on it. This is the gift. We are extraordinarily co-creative beings, so what do you want to focus on? Do you want to focus on doom-and-gloom mass media? Then you will, indeed, have that experience. Or are you really committed to an upliftment of consciousness?
The universe right now is showering us with the most powerful co-creative energy that has ever existed at ANY point in our collective evolution on this planet. Now, if you really comprehend that, then you can completely understand as a witness to what’s happening on the planet right now, rather than an aggravated participant. The more that we can become loving witnesses and allow ourselves to get very clear on our vision, the more extraordinary a time we will have before us.
So what do the next five years ahead have to offer? What do you want them to offer? That’s how powerful you are. That’s what we are collectively creating right now. That’s why this is our passion. That’s why Sri and I are going everywhere and anywhere.
SRK: It’s time for humanity to get out of the habit of the habit of the pain. Our very structure in consciousness is a pattern maker. And, the patterns we have created in our consciousness have led to a catastrophic prediction for our collective destiny.
Rather than look at the globe and the ecology and the social structures, the outer world, as separate challenges, the moment humanity comes inside and relaxes the pattern maker and moves into its ascended heart, the heart of universal peace, we will recreate new kinds of outer worlds-and we don’t have to pre-think that. We must move into the vibrational state first and the solution will present itself.
KR: And there are easy ways to do this. I keep reiterating that. That’s one of the gifts we teach in our workshops and lectures. In one hour, I can watch a room lift from fear and chaos into transcendent recognition, just by doing a few simple practices, things that are easy to bring into your everyday life. The subtitle of our current book is "Becoming a Mystic in a 9-5 World." I was a single mom for years. I know what it’s like to wake up in the morning and the dog wants to be fed, and the kids need to go to school, and I need to get to work, and the bills still need to be paid-and yet, how do you hold consciousness? Guess what? You can! And that’s the gift of everything that’s happening in your life right now. You don’t have to go to retreat to a cave in the Himalayas. We’ve all been there, done that.
What overall message will you convey during your keynote talk-and also during your Post-Expo workshop on Monday?
SRK: On Saturday for the keynote, we’re going to be offering a description of the times we’re in and a fresh approach to how to be present to these times for the maximum upliftment and expansion of peace, love and joy.
KR: I refer to it as "the wisdom prophecy convergence." There’s a lot of information out there about 2012 right now, tons of information, and what do you make of that? What’s the purpose of it? What if the real purpose of prophecy was to actually empower you to get to this point right now that says, "Enough is enough! I will create my own happy ending!"
We’ll present all the views that are out there right now, and we’re going to be showing a very powerful film that has not been released to the major networks yet. We have several TV networks and movie studios looking at it. On film, we show actual interdimensional portals opening and closing. We have what we call "angelic showers of crystalline light." These have been analyzed by CNN, Fox News and others. We’re going to not only talk about it, we’re going to actually show it. And then we’re going to teach practices on how to bring it into your life so that clarity, safety and the release of doubt can help each person make the good choices that they want to make for our collective future and, of course, our individual futures.
SRK: The Post-Expo workshop is an opportunity for you to go deeper and really be in the energy of the self-ascended heart. It’s an experiential workshop where you can really discover the truth that is inside yourself, and easily learn how to bring that forward in your day-to-day life, to no longer let it just be a concept, but to learn how to live it.
KR: And, no matter what level of attainment, or consciousness someone is at, everyone will lift into a deeper space, every single day being able to maintain this space and energy.
And then something very beautiful will happen in that workshop: We will have a direct archangelic ensoulment. The process of archangelic ensoulment is very sacred, and it’s very powerful. It’s the reason why I’ve died, according to the medical community, twice. When the archangelic realm fully comes into my body and begins personally interacting with the participants, it affects everyone in attendance. We literally have had people in the front row get what we call "etheric sunburn." Their whole skin color has richened and deepened because of the light that emanates out of my eyes while the archangelic presence is there. We’ve had spontaneous healings. People have had extraordinary soul retrievals and memories and personal messages.
The gifts of the archangelic ensoulment are not just the words. Sometimes the words just distract the mind so the archangels can do the real work. It’s a very powerful energy conduit.
Sri Ram Kaa and I will also be teaching the sacred Avesa breath. We have so many miracles happening at our Avesa Healing Institute that we’ve had to start a miracle team. Documented miracles are up to the thousands at this point. People healing broken bones and incredible things that are happening in people’s lives as far as abundance and partnership and relationship.
